Byomkesh is the co-founder of Medha. At Medha, he is invested in building the company culture and nurturing young leaders & intrapreneurs, besides overseeing finance & internal operations.

Byomkesh has also been mentoring the Medhavi Association (an independent Medha alumni community) and a couple of innovation initiatives at Medha, like Swarambh and Youthscape. Between working hours, you can be sure to find him counseling an employee or guiding a quiet meditation session with teams.
