Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before using this site. Your use of
this site is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. By using
this site, you signify that you unconditionally agree and accept to be legally bound by the
Terms and Conditions.

If you are accessing our site, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to
these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the refund policy.

Medha Learning Foundation (hereinafter referred as ‘Medha’) is the owner of this site. This
site and along with the arrangement and compilation of the content found on this site, is
the copyrighted property of Medha.

In addition, the, logos and illustrations displayed on this site are copyrighted with Medha.

Use of this site may require you to register and provide certain data. In consideration of
permitting you to use the site, in registering and providing such data, you represent and
warrant that: (a) the information about yourself is true, accurate, current, and complete
(apart from optional items) as required by the registration form on the site (the
"Registration Data").

Medha also reserves the right at its sole discretion, to modify, add or remove any terms or
conditions of these Terms of use without notice or liability to you. Any changes to these
Terms of use shall be effective immediately, following the posting of such changes on this
website. Your continued use of http://medha.org.in means that you accept any new or
modified terms and conditions that are maintained. We would thus encourage you to re-
visit the Terms and Conditions link at our site from time to time to stay abreast of any
changes that are introduced.

Upon the receipt of donation, an 80G receipt will be issued and sent to the given email
address of the donor within 4-5 working days. This receipt shall only be issued upon
realisation of the donation.

As per Indian Income Tax rules, a donor with an Indian citizenship is required to add their
Address and PAN number in case they wish to receive the 80G tax-exemption certificate.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Medha expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations.
However, we also recognize that a donation may be made erroneously, or donors may
change their mind. Please email any such requests to donations@medha.org.in within 72
hours of your donation. Medha will examine the request for refund of donation and
endeavour to make the refund.

The written request stating reasons for requesting a refund must be sent on the e-mail ID
stated above and must contain all the following details pertaining to the donation:

  • Date of donation
  • Donation amount
  • If donation was made through credit/debit card, please provide the card no. (last 4 digits only)
  • If donation was made online, please provide the UTR
  • Copy of the identity proof of the donor

Medha may also seek proper explanation and reason from the user. Also, it might require
further verification of the user and we might ask for additional documents for validation.
The donor must co-operate in this regard.

Nevertheless, Medha is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any
requests for refund of donations, particularly, if a tax exemption certificate (80G) has
been issued already.
