I currently serve as Senior Manager, Research Operations at Medha, contributing to program effectiveness, data systems, and cross-functional execution. I have worked on key initiatives such as the LMS-oriented program, Emplify with AI, coordinated closely with SRMs, and developed weekly performance reports to support decision-making.

My work includes supporting Youth Impact’s A/B testing, analysing the quality of Industry Exposure activities, enabling regional teams to fully leverage their Metabase cards, and building a comprehensive dashboard from scratch to strengthen data visibility and planning. I began my journey with Medha as a Student Relationship Manager in Agra, driven by a desire to give back and support students facing early career challenges similar to my own.

Over time, I grew within the organization and am now proud to be part of the Central Data and Impact team. With over 9 years of experience across roles and organizations, I remain committed to advancing in the development sector and creating meaningful impact for young people.
