At Medha, Priya designs curricula that promote holistic, future-ready education, preparing young people for life beyond school. She also contributes to programmatic and systemic efforts to ensure effective curriculum implementation. With over 30 years of experience across NGO-run schools, institutions for tribal and disadvantaged children, and the university space, she has worked as a teacher, researcher, and school leader.

Her core areas of engagement include Early Childhood Education, Language, Social Science, Arts, Inquiry-based teaching and learning practices, and Pre-Service Teacher Education. She has set up and institutionalized educational practices in several schools across India. Before joining Medha, she worked with NIRMAN and Azim Premji University, and consulted for various organizations, including UNICEF.
