Saurabh leads the implementation of Medha’s projects at scale, helping embed Medha’s model in public education systems. He has over 18 years of experience working in secondary and elementary education, driving systemic programs in close conjunction with government education departments. He has extensive experience in curriculum development, learning assessments, teacher professional development, and large-scale project management.

Before Medha, Saurabh was with the Aga Khan Foundation, serving as the National Coordinator for Schools2030 (a 10-year participatory learning improvement program based in 1,000 government schools across ten countries). He has also worked with the Piramal Foundation, managing their state portfolios for Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Maharashtra.
