Shireen, one of the first Medha alum, is the founder of the Medhavi Association – a 15,000+ strong network of Medha alumni. The Association provides career-related, need-based support to alumni through innovative programs and community-driven initiatives that meet youth’s evolving preferences.

For over 8 years, Shireen has built her experience in teaching, training, program design, and community outreach with different age groups. She is also a former Teach For India Fellow.

Outside work, Shireen is an arts/design enthusiast with an obsession for stationery. You can find the digital comics she creates under ‘Finding Humor’ – a series of real-life inspired funny stories – on Instagram.
