Born and raised in Lucknow, Kirti completed her schooling at CMS and graduated with a commerce background from Avadh Girls Degree College. Recently, she completed a Data Analytics course from IIM Rohtak. While in college, Kirti was preparing for government bank exams when she participated in Medha’s CAB program in 2013. This experience made her realize that a government job was not her calling.

Starting her career as a Sales Coordinator, Kirti quickly discovered it wasn’t her passion. In 2018, she found her way to Medha as a Data Analyst. Currently, she is a Data Manager in the Data and Impact team. She oversees the in-house MIS known as SIS (Student Information System), ensuring the accuracy of student data, timely certificate issuance, and data auditing and compliance.

Kirti finds joy in her work at Medha, especially when interacting with students with aspirations and motivation to change their lives. She thrives on continuous learning, professionally and personally. She believes in the importance of never stopping learning and asking questions to gain awareness and personal growth.

Outside work, Kirti finds cooking therapeutic and enjoys DIY projects like recycling items at home and making Macramé keychains. She is also passionate about photography, particularly capturing images of people and flowers. While she doesn’t journal or take notes, Kirti finds solace in talking to her pets whenever she needs a mood boost.
