Swati joined Medha in 2015 as a manager in the employer relations team, responsible for building and maintaining corporate partnerships with leading companies. She quickly grew the function and team to six full-time staff, and built relationships with over 250 employers, leading to over 1,000 internships and placements for students.

In 2017, Swati moved into a broader role, responsible for operations across Uttar Pradesh, further growing the program outreach to Bihar & Haryana with an 80-strong field team.

In 2022, leveraging her experience in program implementation, Swati moved to Data & Impact to lead the Analytics vertical and build a progressive data culture within the organization.

Prior to Medha, Swati was a branch manager with Reliance Life Insurance, responsible for channel strategy in the Lucknow region. Before that, she spent six years in the mutual fund business with Axis and HDFC. She has an MBA in finance and marketing from ICFAI, Gurgaon.

Outside her professional role, Swati is an adrenaline junky who’s jumping off cliffs, climbing hills, traveling solo, and being a foodie while also being a single parent to her teen son and her pug.🐾
