Medha approach adopted at ITIs

Medha recently partnered with the Uttar Pradesh Directorate of Training and Employment to improve employability skills and employment outcomes of students studying at Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) in the state.

Through the collaboration, Medha is incorporating its experiential learning methodology and Career Advancement Bootcamp modules into the existing National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) framework. In addition, we are delivering a number of pilot batches with students in preparation to train existing faculty members on the revised curriculum.

We are excited to expand this partnership in the upcoming year, growing to additional districts and institutions, with a long-term plan to impact over 30,000 students a year through the system.
