We have worked with over 10,000 students across 75 educational institutions in UP, Haryana, and Bihar and are launching at Patna University this July!
The journey starts with one of our 21st century skill modules (see below) and continues with one-on-one counselling and mentorship, industry talks and exposure visits, internships and workplace exposure, and full-time placement and alumni support.
This is not your usual ‘job prep’ and ‘PD course,’ but instead a transformational experience that is about discovering your passion and seeing if you can make it your career. If this sounds interesting to you..
You can enrol online at the University website for one of our bootcamps:
Life Skills Advancement Bootcamp (LAB) – 30 hours of in-and-out of class activities to gain a better understanding of oneself, how to interact and deal with the outside world, and learn effective methods of communication.
Technology Advancement Bootcamp (TAB) – 60 hours of in-class activities to build proficiency in the basics of computer operations, file and folder management, Microsoft Office, and internet search.
Career Advancement Bootcamp (CAB) – 30 hours of in-and-out of class activities to build professional communication skills, work and interact as a team, and learn about potential career options and how to pursue them.
Upon successfully completing any one of these trainings, you will become part of the Medha alumni community, and are ready to launch!

We facilitate unlimited interview opportunities, and help you find a career, over a job. Graduating students are encouraged to make an informed career choice based on experience, not advice. The first step is through gaining work experience via a 100-hour internship
