Byomkesh speaks at IIM-A event

Medha co-founder Byomkesh Mishra spoke at the Financial Literacy Symposium organized jointly by the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and Citi Foundation. He was a panelist on the technical session entitled “Financial Education for Young Adults.”

Byomkesh argued that financial education is a critical “life skill,” and therefore an integral part of Medha’s employability curriculum. He stressed the importance of employing experiential learning techniques, particularly in imparting skills that otherwise rely heavily on obtuse concepts such as economics, banking, and finance.
