Medha shares its curriculum & learning aids
Since we started our work in 2011, it has been an annual tradition to consolidate our learnings from the field, and use it to strengthen and improve our program each year. After 6,000+ hours of training, hundreds of feedback sessions, and more revisions than we can count, we are finally putting our curriculum and learning aids online for public use.
The facilitator manuals for our 30-hour Career Advancement Bootcamp (CAB) and Life Skills Advancement Bootcamp (LAB) are now available to view and download, in addition to the training journal used by our students – Medha student handbook. All materials are available under the Creative Commons License, following the Attribution-Share Alike 4.0 principles.
The 30-hour Bootcamps are the first phase of a Medha students journey from education to employment. It is during this time that we form a relationship with our students, which enables us to not only ‘skill’ them, but help them discover their strengths, explore local employment opportunities, and plan their own journey of economic and social empowerment. We encourage you to get in touch with us if you’d like more information on how to use the materials or need further clarifications.
