290 Medha alumni start their careers

The summer months are a busy time for internships and full-time job placements. This year we helped 290 students secure employment opportunities in the formal sector, a 58% increase from last year. Our alumni are pursuing a diverse set of career paths, joining over 36 companies across ten different industries, none accounting for more than 15% of our placements. We are proud that we have been able to help our students take their first step on whatever career path they choose, and we are looking forward to supporting them in the years to come as they grow professionally.
