IDS renews partnership with Medha

India Development Service (IDS), one of our oldest supporters have renewed their partnership with Medha.

IDS funding will directly support the ongoing activities of the Alumni network, and be instrumental in helping build its future capabilities and functions. Medha has recently created an Alumni network to foster communication and collaboration between its alum (and Medha) for the following outcomes/impact:

• Additional career counseling/support to help navigate the workplace and job market
• Individual mentorship with industry experts to enhance employment outcomes and professional development
• Increased job opportunities through network referrals and relationships
• Improved data and information on alumni progress for program improvement, better service delivery, and reporting
