Medha Alumni visit Microsoft and Bain

25 Medha alumni participated in the ‘second season’ of Rubaru, a learning journey. They traveled to Delhi and the National Capital Region to embark on a voyage of experimentation, exploration, and reflection to both inspire and facilitate personal and professional development. Selected through a rigorous process from over 5,000 Medha alumni, Rubaru gives young adults the unique opportunity to travel independently and gain exposure to new places, people, and environments.

Over the course of the program, participants look within to identify and articulate their goals, while at the same time venture out to build the confidence, skills, and community required to make them a reality.
