Osmosis is an action led working group, that brings together organisations working from unique vantage points, each with an interest in advancing the aspirations and opportunities for young girls and women as they transition into the modern workforce.

As a group of fellow practitioners, Osmosis will explore possibilities to curate tested models, good practices and varied perspectives to make our work more holistic and impactful for young women. We will build spaces for dialogue, create shared knowledge, and build evidence to together interpret the nuanced challenges of young women as they navigate their life and career decisions.
