Osmosis is an action led working group, that brings together organisations with an interest in advancing the aspirations and opportunities for young girls and women as they transition into the modern workforce.

As a group of fellow practitioners, we will explore possibilities to curate tested models, good practices and varied perspectives to make our work more holistic and impactful for young women. We will build collective knowledge and consolidate these resources for further dissemination and institutionalisation at various levels.
